The property needs some renovation work inside. Double glazed windows and new shutters. New septic tank and central heating system needed. The property has been empty for 5 years, so there are a bit a dry rot(la merule), a treatment will be needed. The house is closed to a road with some traffic. The reason why it is so cheap and it doesn't sell it is because the property is not in the same condition like on the photos. The photos are from 5 years ago. The property has been damaged by dry rot, it is not habitable, it will need work on the roof plus everything inside has to go.
